Job summary

CORA Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Eviction Diversion Program Intake Specialist to support the City of Philadelphia’s Eviction Diversion Program. The role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person trainings at CORA Services in Philadelphia, and requires 15-20 hours per week during regular business hours.

The starting rate is $19.94 per hour, with increases based on experience and credentials. A strong focus on attention to detail, data entry, and customer communication is essential

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Quickbase.
• Strong attention to detail is a MUST.
• Experience with data entry and record keeping.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review landlord requests and guide applications to the correct services.
• Screen for fraudulent applications and report to supervisor.
• Engage with landlords by phone and email to assist in getting applications approved.
• Answer questions from landlords and tenants about EDP, rental assistance, and mediation.
