Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a specialized caseload of eviction‑related clients and social services needs.
• Perform outreach via mailings, calls, and community events.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized housing/service plans.
• Provide direct social services including rental assistance, rehousing, and referrals.
• Facilitate group sessions about court processes and tenant resources.
• Refer participants to specialized clinical programming and community resources.
• Maintain client records in files and electronic systems.
• Attend community meetings and accompany participants to court when needed.
