Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 12 years experience in intake, eligibility, medical billing, or social services.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems or case management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for new clients.
• Conduct intake assessments to collect client information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and funding sources.
• Ensure all required forms are completed and uploaded.
• Coordinate with case managers and billing staff.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Provide compassionate support during onboarding.
