Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC. is seeking a Contract/Consultant to review and process loan applications, assess borrower information, and maintain records. The role emphasizes Excel-driven data analysis, document management, and collaboration with credit, underwriting, and operations teams.

Ideal candidates will have a finance or economics background with strong English communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines while working remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Finance, translation & interpretation related field preferred.
• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in data entry, lending, intake, credit, financial analysis, or similar roles preferred, with private lending experience advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform initial intake assessment of borrower information and financial data.
• Verify and organize documents submitted through CRM or document management systems.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Use Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and validate application data (basic formulas, data checks, reconciliation).
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support loan processing workflow.
• Ensure timely handling of applications while meeting deadlines and SLA requirements.
