We are hiring a full-time Remote Mortgage Analyst & Processing Specialist to support quote generation, loan packaging, lender portal submissions, and borrower coordination. The ideal candidate works well independently, takes ownership, is strong with numbers, and thrives in a performance-based environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Run DSCR and hard money lender calculators
• Generate side-by-side quote comparisons
• Submit loans through lender portals
• Pre-underwrite files before submission
• Review borrower documents (LLC docs, bank statements, leases, insurance)
• Calculate DSCR, LTV, ARV, rehab budgets
• Clear conditions and track closing timelines
• Coordinate title, insurance, appraisal, and borrower requests
