Job summary

World Business Lenders is seeking a seasoned Loan Closing Specialist to join our remote team. You will close and fund loans, verify documents, and maintain data integrity across the origination system.

In this consultant role, operate across Production, Title and Underwriting to satisfy closing conditions, coordinate with brokers, and ensure compliant, timely funding packages for commercial and residential loans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Real Estate, or related area.
• At least 5 years of valuable experience in lending, mortgage, or real estate closing environments.
• Direct, hands-on expertise with collateral documentation and terminology for both purchase and refinance transactions, spanning commercial and residential.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate closing and funding of loans by reviewing files for completeness and data integrity.
• Coordinate with Production, Title and Underwriting to meet closing conditions.
• Prepare loan documents and mortgage for borrower execution; schedule notary appointments.
• Assemble funding packages and ensure timely closings with valid documentation.
• Exchange documents with Title company and ensure investor file completeness.
