Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented contractor to review and process loan applications from a flexible remote location in the United States. The role emphasizes data entry, document management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate and timely processing of commercial loan requests.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, excel proficiency, and relevant lending or financial analysis experience, with a preference for private lending exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in data entry, lending, intake, credit, financial analysis, or similar roles preferred, with private lending experience a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming loan applications and supporting documentation.
• Perform initial intake assessment of borrower information and financial data.
• Verify and organize documents submitted through CRM or document management systems.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Use Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and validate application data (basic formulas, data checks, reconciliation).
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments (credit, underwriting, operations) to support loan processing workflow.
• Ensure timely handling of applications while meeting deadlines and SLA requirements.
