Job summary

The Mom Project is seeking a Contract Associate Analyst to support the Field Financing team in a fully remote capacity. You will handle SLSP case load, coordinate with senior staff and partner banks, and ensure precise documentation before loan approvals and funding.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in Accounting/Finance/Business with 3+ years in accounting or bookkeeping, strong Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication to navigate lending policies and deliver

Qualifications

Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Minimum 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
Experience with loan processing and documentation preferred.
Ability to complete work with high accuracy while meeting deadlines.
Analytical problem solving, independent decision-making, and sound judgment.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Support Succession Loan Support Program (SLSP).
Coordinate among Field Financing Sr. Program Manager, Practice Management Consultants, and partner banks.
Ensure all details are accurate before providing loan agreements for signature and funding.
Oversee SLSP loan activity mailbox and create cases; respond to inquiries per SLAs.
Participate in other loan-related tasks, balancing and reconciliation activities.
