Jerry is hiring for a fully remote Customer Operations role in the United States. You will handle inbound calls and inquiries across auto, home, and other policies, helping customers find the right coverage and resolve issues with speed and care.

The role offers two tracks—sales and service—and you will explore where you fit during interviews. Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and equity opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take great care of our customers and anticipate needs.
• Answer inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
• Know the product and insurer options to match customers with right coverage.
• Resolve barriers between customers and the right coverage.
• Process service requests—vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Share feedback to improve the product.
