Jerry.ai is hiring for a Customer Operations specialist. This fully remote role supports customers shopping auto and home insurance, answering questions, and guiding them to the right coverage. You will learn the app inside out, resolve issues, and contribute feedback to improve the product.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers, including identifying gaps or discounts a customer qualifies for.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
• Getting deep on the product and helping customers navigate the app.
• Problem solving to remove barriers between a customer and the right coverage.
• Processing service requests—vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Providing feedback to improve the product.
