Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.
• Empathy, warmth, and active listening skills in interactions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with high attention to detail.

• Navigate friction thoughtfully: listen to customer hesitation with empathy and address concerns for a smooth purchasing experience.
• Elevate the product: share direct feedback with our product team to refine our app and service offerings.
