Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring a Customer Support Agent to handle inbound calls from existing customers, process policy-related service requests, and assist with questions about coverages and benefits. You’ll work to retain customers by offering solutions and maintaining their policies, all while delivering compassionate service.

The role supports a remote working setup with paid training, opportunities to grow within a fast-moving insurtech company, and the chance to earn an hourly wage with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
• You can multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
• You are passionate about helping others.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
• Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, etc.
• Help customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits or make changes to existing policy.
• Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation.
