Job summary

Mission Underwriters is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced insurtech environment. You will drive planning through implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets while coordinating insurance operations, underwriting, product, technology, and finance teams.

Successful candidates will bring disciplined PM practices, business acumen, and the ability to influence across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and managing budgets and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Establish governance, scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Translate business objectives into actionable project plans with clear ownership.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and expected business outcomes.
• Provide regular status updates to executives and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, underwriting, product, and technology.
