Job summary

CoverGo Limited seeks an experienced Digital Insurance Project Manager to oversee the implementation of projects within CoverGo’s insurtech operations. You will lead client engagements, plan with teams, and drive proposals and PoCs in a fast-paced startup setting.

The role requires 5+ years as a PM, 3+ years in insurance, deep insurance domain knowledge, and strong leadership with a client-facing focus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• At least 3 years of experience in insurance.
• Insurance domain knowledge is a must.
• Strong client-facing experience is a must.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and resourceful mindset.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on scope, budget, and timeline.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a startup environment.
• Based in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project planning with internal teams and client staff.
• Support solution proposals for client pursuits, PoCs, and proposals.
• Participate in proposal and POC processes (design, submission, review).
• Assist in contract creation and client communications.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities with existing clients.
• Monitor project progress and adapt work as required.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and stay within scope and budget.
• Maintain weekly project reviews and reports with key metrics.
• Oversee all project documentation and manage risks and dependencies.
• Continuously optimize processes and approaches.
