FX Insurance Agency LLC is seeking a senior talent consultant and recruiter to support business leaders, hiring managers and candidates through full lifecycle recruitment. The role manages a portfolio of requisitions and builds strong partnerships with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

The candidate will conduct intake meetings, design sourcing strategies, and guide the interview process to ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with company culture.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years professional level recruiting experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of compensation processes.
