Job summary

Old Republic Commercial Risk is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life-cycle recruitment for the corporate office and assigned region. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing and guiding management through compensation and onboarding decisions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in HR, 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience (insurance industry preferred) and strong sourcing/networking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruitment in a corporate setting.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Experience with sourcing tools and databases; LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
• PHR or SPHR preferred.
• Experience using ATS, HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work with management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for various roles including claims, customer service, risk control, sales, underwriting.
• Coordinate salary negotiations and offers; manage onboarding.
• Develop pipelines through research, networking and screening.
• Advise management on legal compliance and recruitment issues.
• Partner with management to identify internal career paths and retention opportunities.
• Travel as needed; regular presence in Blue Bell, PA 2–3 days/week.
