Job summary

Old Republic Commercial Risk is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life-cycle recruitment for its corporate office and assigned region. The role supports management with recruitment strategy, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, while ensuring compliance and effective compensation decisions.

The successful candidate will develop proactive pipelines, collaborate with colleges and professional networks, and provide coaching to managers on hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is required.
• Two+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate setting; insurance industry preferred.
• Experience managing searches of varying complexity.
• Experience using sourcing tools and databases; LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
• SHRM-CP/PHR or SPHR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy focused on quality, speed, and cost.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for insurance-related positions and corporate roles.
• Conduct pre-employment assessments and advise management on compliance and selection issues.
• Coordinate compensation, offers, and onboarding in line with corporate guidelines.
• Build talent pipelines through networking, campus relationships, and professional associations.
• Partner with management to identify internal career paths and improve retention.
• Provide coaching to management on recruitment and hiring processes.
