Job summary

Sapiens is seeking a Sales Executive L&A to generate new insurance software sales and services revenue across Tier-1 to 4 carriers. You will lead strategy and end-to-end complex sales for the Sapiens Suite including Policy Administration, Billing, Claims and data solutions, targeting senior leaders across the insurance value chain.

You will collaborate with Product, Delivery, Finance and Legal to build long-term partnerships, travel as needed, and drive revenue through consultative selling,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales in Life & Annuities or related insurance domains.
• Proven ability to manage complex end-to-end sales cycles and negotiate contracts.
• Strong knowledge of carrier workflows and insurance value chain.

Responsibilities

• Win new logo deals and drive revenue growth through targeted acquisition.
• Cross-sell Sapiens solutions for L&A to existing accounts and expand pipeline.
• Develop and execute sales strategies across assigned accounts and territories.
• Build relationships at C-level, business and IT, and with carriers.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including RFI/RFP responses, demos, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery, Finance and Legal to close long-term partnerships.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and coordinate contracts and negotiations.
