Job summary

Sapiens is seeking a Lead Business Value Delivery Architect / Lead Solution Architect to drive client-facing insurance solutions from sales through delivery and into SaaS and AI migration. The role spans P&C, Life, and future Reinsurance, focusing on non-functional and operational requirements and ensuring outcomes-based engagements.

The role sits between presales and delivery, maintaining engagement across both, and ensuring alignment with client business outcomes and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or leading solution design in complex, enterprise insurance implementations.
• Ability to speak credibly to a head of claims and an engineer across P&C, Life, and Reinsurance.
• Strong focus on non functional and operational requirements: performance, scale, availability, security, integration.
• Ability to own professional and outcome vector, aligning internal teams and clients to business outcomes.
• Experience with legacy to SaaS or core platform migration work.
• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and modern SaaS delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution end-to-end across four connected areas: value definition, presales engagement, deployment framing, and post go-live measures.
• Frame the solution around the client’s business outcomes, mapping to platform delivery.
• Define a baseline of what post go-live capabilities will be and how success is measured.
• Cover non-functional and operational requirements upfront, not during build.
• Harden the solution against platform capabilities and steer toward standard configurations.
• Hand over a documented solution design to delivery and ensure design integrity is maintained throughout.
