Sengpiehl Insurance Group is hiring an Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative to support our existing policyholders. You will take excellent care of current clients, resolve insurance needs, and build long-term relationships while identifying opportunities for additional coverage.

This role emphasizes service with no traditional cold-calling and offers hourly base pay plus commission. A minimum monthly target and professional licensing support are included.

• Help retain customers by providing responsive, knowledgeable service.
• Review existing customer needs and identify appropriate additional coverage.
• Meet a minimum sales expectation of 12 qualifying items per month.
