Sengpiehl Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to grow the agency by bringing in new customers. This is a new-business sales role, focused on prospecting, needs assessment, and solution selling.

You’ll work with a supportive team, receive coaching, and leverage established processes to drive growth. The position emphasizes quota attainment, relationship development, and ongoing pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and a demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence initiating conversations and asking for the sale.
• Self-motivation, accountability, and consistent follow-through.
• A coachable, competitive attitude and willingness to improve.
• Property & Casualty insurance licensing preferred; licensing requirements and training options discussed during hiring.
