Job summary

Sengpiehl Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative to support our existing policyholders in Berryville, VA. The role focuses on excellent service, answering questions, and identifying coverage opportunities without traditional cold-calling.

Base pay is $18–$25 per hour with a $50 commission per qualifying item starting from the first sale. Minimum 12 items per month target, plus training and career development opportunities.

Sengpiehl Insurance Group is hiring an Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative to support our existing policyholders.

Your primary responsibility is to take excellent care of current clients, help resolve their insurance needs, and build long-term relationships. You'll also identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage when appropriate.

This is not a traditional cold-calling sales position.

Compensation

$18–$25 hourly base pay.

$50 commission per qualifying item, beginning with the first item sold.

Minimum expectation of 12 qualifying items monthly.

At that production level, annualized gross compensation is approximately $44,640–$59,200, assuming 40 paid hours per week and consistent production.
