Job summary

Independent Insurance Services Agency, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Insurance Service Associate to join our Troy, MI team. This remote position focuses on servicing existing clients, updating policies, and ensuring accurate coverage while identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Property & Casualty license, have agency experience, and excel in communication, organization, and proactive problem solving to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Experience in an insurance agency setting preferred.
• Experience servicing personal lines policies.

Responsibilities

• Marketing accounts.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, claims support, and coverage inquiries.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Conduct proactive policy reviews to ensure customers have the right protections.
• Educate clients on coverage options, discounts, and policy enhancements.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities while maintaining service focus.
• Build long-term client relationships and maintain organized records.
• Collaborate with the agency team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
