You will manage existing client relationships, ensure appropriate coverage, and identify opportunities to strengthen accounts while delivering outstanding service. Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• 5+ years of previous insurance agency experience.
• Experience servicing commercial lines insurance policies.
• Part-time, work-from-home schedule.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Market insurance policies and advise clients on coverage.
• Provide outstanding service by phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, claims inquiries.
• Conduct proactive policy reviews to ensure adequate protection.
• Educate clients on coverages, discounts, and enhancements.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities while prioritizing service.
• Build long-term client relationships and retention.
• Process policy updates and maintain organized records.
• Collaborate with team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
