Independent Insurance Services Agency, Inc. is seeking a licensed Insurance Client Manager to support our commercial clients on a part-time, remote schedule.

You will service accounts, renewals, billing questions, and coverage inquiries, while proactively identifying opportunities for account rounding and additional coverage. You’ll build lasting client relationships, market policies when appropriate, and collaborate with our agency team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Previous insurance agency experience required.
• Commercial lines insurance experience required.
• Ability to work part-time and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service commercial insurance accounts.
• Market insurance policies when appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle policy changes, renewals, billing questions, claims support, and coverage inquiries.
• Review accounts and identify changing client needs.
• Explain coverage options and policy details clearly to clients.

• Process policy updates accurately and maintain organized records.
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and other appropriate channels.
• Work closely with the agency team to provide a seamless client experience.
• Proactively follow up with clients and carriers as needed.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Previous insurance agency experience required.
• Commercial lines insurance experience required.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and policy servicing.
• Ability to work effectively in a part-time, work-from-home environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of insurance agency experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities.
