The role is an independent contractor position requiring operating as an established business entity with an active DBA and EIN. Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound client calls, emails, and correspondence promptly.

• Assist with prospective client outreach and gather initial inquiry details to qualify leads.
• Efficiently triage client needs and escalate to licensed specialists when required.
