Job summary

Huntington National Bank's Huntington Insurance is seeking an Insurance Sales and Relationship Manager who leads Personal Lines sales and service teams, drives production growth, strengthens partnerships across the organization, and develops producers and service professionals.

You will manage pipelines, promote insurance solutions to colleagues and clients, and optimize cross-sell opportunities while upholding service standards. This is an exempt, office-based leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Property & Casualty license preferred.
• 5+ years Personal Lines insurance experience, including sales or sales management.
• Experience with agency management systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and coach producers and service team members.
• Direct and monitor sales plans, goals, activities, and pipeline.
• Partner with bank leadership to promote insurance solutions.
• Support cross-sell activities across insurance lines and partners.
• Document sales and service activities in the agency system.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements.
• Develop producer succession plans and handle other duties as assigned.
