Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Insurance Sales Specialist to advise individuals on personal insurance options and conducted via inbound and outbound calls. The role emphasizes educating customers, building relationships with internal partners, and meeting targets for quoted and written new business.

Candidates should hold a High School Diploma, possess a Property and Casualty license (or obtain within 45 days), and bring sales or customer service experience with strong communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of work experience focused on Sales and/or customer service.
• A valid Property and Casualty Insurance license, or will be required to obtain the license within 45 days of hire.
• Sales experience with proven ability to achieve sales expectations in a call center.
• Over the phone communication with high energy and personable style.
• Ability to manage high volume of customers across sales and service stages.

Responsibilities

• Sell personal insurance products to Individuals.
• Inbound and Outbound calling to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external referral sources.
• Meet goals for volume of quality new business quoted and written within company guidelines.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of products, services, technology and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
