Callie Wise & Wyman Wise State Farm is seeking an experienced, highly motivated State Farm Sales Professional for a 100% remote position. If you have proven production and active P&C and LA&H licenses, you can join a team with UNCAPPED COMMISSION and a competitive base salary.

This role emphasizes underwriting compliance, independence, and building long-term relationships across NC, SC, and GA while leveraging State Farm systems to quote, present, and close policies.

Qualifications

• Currently employed by a State Farm Agent participating in the State Farm STEP option.
• Extensive State Farm agency experience with a demonstrated history of sales success.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) AND Life, Accident & Health (LA&H) licenses.
• Licensed in NC, SC, or GA.
• Verifiable track record of consistent sales production.
• No substantiated compliance violations or complaints involving improper sales practices.
• Ability to provide a positive professional reference from your current State Farm Agent.
• Strong working knowledge of State Farm quoting systems, products, underwriting guidelines, and agency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sell Insurance: Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Health, and other State Farm products.
• Maximize Opportunities: Respond to leads, make outbound calls, and follow up to close business.
• Work Leads Beyond 5 PM: respond to evening quote requests during agreed hours.
• Sell the Right Way: Follow underwriting requirements, licensing rules, and agency compliance.
• Build Long-Term Relationships: Understand customer needs and earn trust through conversations.
• Own Your Performance: Manage pipeline, track production, and deliver results.
• Collaborate Remotely: Communicate with agency teams across offices while staying productive.
