Job summary

Callie Wise & Wyman Wise State Farm is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Representative for a 100% remote role in the United States. If you have a proven production history and are familiar with State Farm systems, this opportunity rewards your performance with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

You will quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Life, Health, and other State Farm products, while building long-term relationships and meeting sales targets from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Must have active P&C and LA&H licenses and current State Farm licensure.
• Experience with State Farm STEP program is required.
• Demonstrated history of consistent sales production and ability to close.
• Licenses in NC, SC, or GA preferred; multi-state licensing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Health, and other State Farm products.
• Respond promptly to leads, conduct outbound calls, and follow up to close.
• Be willing to respond to evening quote requests and sales opportunities.
• Follow underwriting, licensing rules, and agency compliance standards.
• Build long-term relationships, assess customer needs, and advise appropriately.
• Maintain your pipeline, track production, and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate remotely with agency teams across offices.
