Callie Wise & Wyman Wise State Farm is seeking an experienced, results-driven sales professional for a 100% remote role. You will leverage State Farm systems to quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Health products while meeting underwriting and licensing requirements.

Applicants should demonstrate a consistent sales production history, have P&C and LA&H licenses, and be licensed in NC, SC, or GA.

Qualifikationen

• Currently employed by a State Farm Agent participating in the STEP option.
• Extensive State Farm agency experience with a proven sales track record.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life, Accident & Health (LA&H) licenses.
• Licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia.
• Verifiable track record of consistent sales production.
• Ability to provide a professional reference from your current State Farm Agent.
• Strong working knowledge of State Farm quoting systems, underwriting guidelines, and agency procedures.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales expectations.

• Sell Insurance: quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Health, and other State Farm products.
• Maximize Opportunities: respond to leads, outbound calls, and follow up to close business.
• Work Leads Beyond 5 PM: be available for evening quote requests and sales opportunities.
• Sell the Right Way: adhere to underwriting, licensing, and compliance standards.
• Build Long-Term Relationships: understand needs and earn trust.
• Own Your Performance: manage pipeline and deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate Remotely: communicate with agency teams across offices while staying productive.
