Qualifications

• This role requires current employment with a State Farm Agent participating in the STEP option.
• Extensive State Farm agency experience with a proven sales record.
• Active P&C and LA&H licenses.
• Licensed in NC, SC, or GA.
• Verifiable track record of consistent sales production.
• No substantiated compliance violations or complaints involving sales or underwriting.
• Ability to provide professional references from your current State Farm Agent.
• Strong knowledge of State Farm quoting systems and underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Health and other State Farm products.
• Respond to leads, make outbound calls, and follow up to close deals.
• Work evening quote requests and sales opportunities as needed.
• Follow underwriting and licensing rules and maintain compliant applications.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate coverage.
• Manage pipeline, track production, and deliver measurable sales results.
• Collaborate remotely with agency teams across offices.
