Job summary

Callie Wise & Wyman Wise State Farm is seeking an experienced, high-performing State Farm Sales Professional for a 100% remote role covering NC, SC & GA. Proven producers with State Farm licenses will thrive in a base salary plus uncapped commissions environment, with a focus on underwriting compliance and client relationships.

You'll manage leads, quote Auto, Home, Life, Health products, and collaborate with three office teams while delivering results from home.

Qualifications

• Extensive State Farm agency experience with a track record of sales success.
• Active P&C and Life, Accident & Health licenses.
• Licensed in NC, SC, or GA.
• Ability to work remotely with strong self-discipline.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Sell Insurance. Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Health, and other State Farm products.
• Maximize Opportunities. Respond to leads, conduct outbound calls, and follow up to close.
• Work Leads Beyond 5 PM. Respond to evening quotes when appropriate.
• Sell the Right Way. Adhere to underwriting, licensing and compliance standards.
• Build Long-Term Relationships. Understand needs and earn trust through conversations.
• Own Your Performance. Manage pipeline and deliver measurable sales results.
• Collaborate Remotely. Communicate with three office teams while staying productive.
