You will engage with active insurance shoppers via calls, live chat, SMS, and more in a work-from-home call center environment, using your insurance expertise to tailor solutions from Allstate products.

Convert warm leads with a consultative approach, work from home to drive growth, and deliver a customer-first experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (with a sales focus).
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state (preferred).
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate's support.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as the primary method of customer engagement.
• Maintain availability during assigned work hours to meet call volume and service expectations, especially during the first 90 days.
• Deliver consultative sales conversations and complete transactions during live customer interactions.
• Adhere to scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business coverage needs.
