UniTrust Financial Group is seeking a motivated Remote Insurance Sales Consultant to join our team. In this full-time/part-time role, you will meet with prospective clients virtually to assess insurance needs and present suitable protection solutions.

There is no door-to-door selling or cold calling. Previous experience is not required, and entry-level candidates are welcome. You will work with a strong support system, access to leads, and flexible hours in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Able to follow a structured sales process and accept coaching.
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and video.
• Organized and consistent with follow-up.
• Available to work full-time or part-time.
• Willing to obtain a state insurance license; licensing training and guidance provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through phone and virtual appointments.
• Work with leads to develop new business opportunities.
