UniTrust Financial Group is seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Consultant for a full-time or part-time role. You will meet virtually with prospective clients to identify their insurance needs and present suitable financial protection solutions.

There is no door-to-door selling or cold calling. You will work with company-provided leads, follow a structured sales process, and receive comprehensive training and licensing support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Able to follow a structured sales process and accept coaching.
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and video.
• Organized and consistent with follow-up.
• Available to work full-time or part-time.
• Willing to obtain a state insurance license; licensing training and guidance are provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through phone and virtual appointments.
• Work with leads to develop new business opportunities.
• Understand each client’s financial concerns and insurance needs.
• Explain insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Recommend appropriate solutions using a consultative sales approach.
• Build trust and maintain positive client relationships.
• Complete required product, sales, and compliance training.
