Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking a motivated Remote Insurance Sales Consultant to join our team. In this full-time or part-time role, you will meet virtually with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs and present suitable protection options.

There is no door-to-door selling or cold calling, and licensing training is provided if needed. You will connect with clients via phone and video, leverage company leads to create opportunities, and follow a structured sales process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Willing to obtain a state insurance license; licensing training provided.
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and video.
• Able to follow a structured sales process and accept coaching.
• Organized with reliable follow-up.
• Available to work full-time or part-time.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or related fields is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through phone and virtual appointments.
• Work with company leads to develop new business opportunities.
