UniTrust Financial Group is seeking a motivated Remote Insurance Sales Consultant to meet virtually with prospective clients, assess insurance needs, and present suitable protection solutions. This is a full-time remote role with flexible hours and access to company leads.

No door-to-door selling or cold calling. Prior insurance experience is not required; licensing training is provided, and entry-level candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Willing to obtain a state insurance license; licensing training provided.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through phone and virtual appointments.
• Work with leads to develop new business opportunities.
• Understand each clients financial concerns and insurance needs.
• Explain insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Recommend appropriate solutions using a consultative sales approach.
