Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking a motivated Remote Insurance Sales Consultant to meet with clients virtually and assess their insurance needs. You will explain suitable protection solutions without door-to-door selling or cold calling, and training for licensing is provided.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable using phone and video to build trust and close opportunities. Full-time or part-time options exist.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Able to follow a structured sales process and accept coaching.
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and video.
• Organized and consistent with follow-up.
• Available to work full-time or part-time.
• Willing to obtain a state insurance license; licensing training and guidance provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through phone and virtual appointments.
• Work with leads to develop new business opportunities.
• Understand each client’s financial concerns and insurance needs.
• Explain insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Recommend appropriate solutions using a consultative sales approach.
• Build trust and maintain positive client relationships.
• Complete required product, sales, and compliance training.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-up activities.
