Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking a motivated Remote Insurance Sales Consultant to meet virtually with prospective clients, assess insurance needs, and present suitable protection solutions. No door-to-door selling or cold calling is required, and prior insurance experience is not necessary.

We offer fully remote work, commission-only compensation, access to company leads, and coaching. Entry-level candidates are welcome and training is provided to obtain any required state license.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Able to follow a structured sales process and accept coaching.
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and video.
• Organized and consistent with follow-up.
• Willing to obtain a state insurance license; licensing training and guidance provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through phone and virtual appointments.
• Work with company leads to develop new business opportunities.
• Understand each client's financial concerns and insurance needs.
• Explain insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Recommend appropriate solutions using a consultative sales approach.
• Build trust and maintain positive client relationships.
• Complete required product, sales, and compliance training.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-up activities.
• Work toward individual and team production goals.
