Jim Lindahl State Farm agency in Hopkins, MN is seeking an Account Representative to drive sales, build customer relationships, and guide clients through auto, home, and life insurance options. You’ll generate new business and support existing customers.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; backgrounds in inside or outside sales are a plus.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations with prospective customers.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, referrals, and relationship building.
• Build relationships with prospective customers and guide them through the insurance buying process.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing customers through additional products.
• Develop referral relationships and network with local professionals to create new business opportunities.
