Ian Minnigerode State Farm is seeking an Insurance Account Representative who is passionate, self-driven and a natural-born salesperson. You will develop insurance quotes, present options to clients, and close sales while building lasting relationships with customers.

We offer a base pay with generous commission, no nights or weekends, paid holidays and PTO, and a Simple IRA with 3% matching. Growth potential exists as we expand in the community and agency team.

Qualifications

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Professional sales experience preferred.
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life and Health License.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients.
