Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking Remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join our commission-based, independent contractor team. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, access to company leads, licensing assistance, and ongoing training to help you succeed in selling insurance products to individuals and families from home.

No licensing experience required as we provide training and support to obtain the required license before conducting business, with mentorship and growth

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
