Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking Remote Insurance Sales Representatives for a fully remote opportunity. No experience is required, and training plus licensing assistance are provided. You will work with company leads, conduct virtual or phone appointments, and recommend suitable insurance options to clients.

This commission-only independent contractor role emphasizes flexibility, growth, and ongoing mentorship while enabling you to build a client base from home.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
