Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking Remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join a fully remote team. You will work with individuals and families, contact company leads, and guide clients through understanding insurance options and the application process.

This commission-only contractor role offers flexible scheduling, training, mentorship, and licensing assistance to help you qualify for insurance business. Prior licensing is not required to apply, with support provided to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• Licensing support and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client's individual needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
