Job summary
UniTrust Financial Group is seeking Remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join our all-remote team. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, company-provided leads, and ongoing training.
No prior experience is required; licensing and training are provided, and you will conduct virtual or phone appointments with individuals and families to discuss coverage options. As a commission-only independent contractor, compensation is based on sales production, with opportunities for growth
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
- Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
Responsibilities
- Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
- Contact and follow up with company leads.
- Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
- Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
- Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
- Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
