UniTrust Financial Group is seeking Remote Insurance Sales Representatives for a fully remote, commission-based role. Flexible hours and access to leads with training and mentorship are provided. No experience is required, and licensing assistance is offered to eligible candidates.

As a remote role, you will engage individuals and families, follow up on leads, and guide clients through insurance options, applications, and the sales process from home.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsabilités

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients throughout the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
