Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, access to company leads, and licensing/training provided.

No prior experience is required; licensing assistance is available. You will work with individuals and families, conduct virtual or phone appointments, and guide clients through available insurance options while building your client base from home. Training and mentorship are part of the program.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage
• Contact and follow up with company leads
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process
• Participate in ongoing training and development
