Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is expanding with Remote Insurance Sales Representatives. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling and commission-only compensation, supported by company leads and comprehensive training.

You will engage with individuals and families, conduct virtual or phone appointments, and guide clients through insurance options while we assist you in obtaining the required license.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• Licensing assistance provided to obtain the required license.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
