District Office of Farmers Insurance is seeking a sales-oriented professional to drive new business and manage client relationships in Burnsville, MN. The role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting suitable insurance products, and achieving sales targets.

You will build long-term relationships, provide ongoing client support, and stay updated on policy options and regulatory changes to ensure optimal coverage for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a similar field is advantageous.
• Must hold relevant state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) or be willing to obtain them within a specified timeframe.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and explain insurance products, highlighting benefits and coverage options.
